7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power/Speaker won't turn on | Low battery or charger not connected properly. | Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Check charger connection. |
| No sound from speaker | Volume too low, incorrect mode, or device not connected. | Increase speaker volume. Check if the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, USB/TF) is selected. Re-pair Bluetooth device. |
| Microphones not working | Microphones not turned on, low battery, or not paired. | Ensure microphones are turned on and have sufficient battery. They should auto-pair; if not, restart them. |
| Echo volume too high | Default echo setting is too high for preference. | Press "Menu" until "E" appears, then lower the echo volume (recommended to 6 from default 15). |
| Difference in stated power ratings (400W vs 40W) | Misunderstanding of peak vs. rated power. | The 400W is peak power for short bursts, while 40W is rated power for continuous use. Both are accurate for different scenarios. |
