2. Product Overview

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective films.
- Inspect the unit for any damage incurred during shipping. If damaged, do not operate and contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
- Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface that can support its weight when the water tank is full.
- Ensure there is at least 20 cm (8 inches) of space around the unit for proper airflow.
- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources, direct sunlight, or in areas exposed to splashing water.
- For optimal performance, close all doors and windows in the room where the dehumidifier is operating.
3.3 Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage.
- Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.
3.4 WiFi Setup (Optional)

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Operation
- Press the Power Button to turn the unit on. The display will show the current room humidity.
- Press the Mode Button to select your desired operating mode:
- Dehumidify Mode: Standard operation to reduce humidity.
- Drying Function: Designed for faster drying of laundry in a small, enclosed space.
- Turbo Operation: Maximizes dehumidification speed for rapid moisture removal.
- Use the Humidity Setting Buttons (Up/Down arrows) to set your desired humidity level (e.g., 40% - 60% relative humidity is generally recommended). The unit will operate until this level is reached, then cycle on and off to maintain it.
- Press the Fan Speed Button to adjust the fan speed if available in the selected mode.
4.2 Timer Function
The timer function allows you to set a specific time for the unit to automatically turn on or off.
- With the unit on or off, press the Timer Button.
- Use the Humidity Setting Buttons (Up/Down arrows) to set the desired number of hours (e.g., 1-24 hours).
- The timer will activate after a few seconds. If the unit was on, it will turn off after the set time. If the unit was off, it will turn on after the set time.
4.3 Water Tank Management
- Full Tank Display: When the water tank is full, the "Full Tank" indicator will illuminate, and the unit will automatically shut off to prevent overflow.
- Emptying the Tank: Carefully pull out the water tank from the front of the unit. Empty the collected water. Reinsert the tank firmly until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.
- Continuous Drainage (Optional): For continuous operation without emptying the tank, connect a drainage hose (not included) to the continuous drainage outlet at the rear of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage into a suitable receptacle.
4.4 Automatic Defrost
The dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic defrost function. If frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the unit will automatically enter defrost mode to melt the ice. During this time, the dehumidification function will pause, and the fan may continue to run. This is normal operation.
4.5 Automatic Restart
In case of a power outage, the unit will automatically restart with the previously selected settings once power is restored.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dehumidifier.
5.1 Cleaning the Air Filter
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Unplug the dehumidifier from the power outlet.
- Remove the air filter from the rear of the unit (refer to the diagram in the Product Overview section for filter location).
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. Do not use a dishwasher.
- Alternatively, use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust from the filter.
- Reinsert the dry filter back into the unit.
5.2 Cleaning the Unit Exterior
- Unplug the dehumidifier.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents, as these can damage the surface.
- Ensure no water enters the control panel or other electrical components.
5.3 Storage
If storing the unit for an extended period:
- Unplug the unit and empty the water tank.
- Clean the air filter and the exterior.
- Allow the unit to run in fan-only mode for a few hours to dry out the internal components.
- Store the unit upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
