4. Setup

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Intenso Powerbank HE25000.

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the power bank and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Initial Charge: Connect the power bank to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) using the provided USB-C to USB-C cable. For fastest charging, use a Power Delivery compatible adapter. The digital display will show the charging progress.
3. Full Charge: Charge until the display shows 100%.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging the Power Bank

To recharge the Intenso Powerbank HE25000:

• Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to either the USB-C1 or USB-C2 input port on the power bank.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall charger or power source. For optimal charging speed, use a Power Delivery (PD) charger, especially with the USB-C2 port (up to 140W input).
• The digital display will illuminate and show the current battery percentage and charging power.

5.2 Charging Your Devices

The power bank can charge up to three devices simultaneously.

1. Connect Device: Use an appropriate charging cable (e.g., USB-C to USB-C, USB-A to USB-C/Lightning) to connect your device to one of the power bank's output ports.
2. USB-C Output: Use either USB-C1 (up to 65W) or USB-C2 (up to 140W) for fast charging of compatible devices like laptops, tablets, and smartphones. For laptops requiring high power, use the USB-C2 port with a compatible 140W USB-C cable.
3. USB-A Output: Use the USB-A port (up to 22.5W) for charging smartphones, earbuds, and other standard USB-A compatible devices.
4. Initiate Charging: The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The digital display will show the remaining battery percentage and the current output power.
5. Disconnect: Once your device is charged, disconnect the cable.
