2. Important Safety Information
- Compatibility: This charger is ONLY for 36V Li-ion battery packs. Do NOT use it for Lead Acid battery packs. It is NOT COMPATIBLE with 54.6V 2A, 24V 2A, 25.2V 2A, or 29.4V 2A versions.
- Single Connection: Only connect one product at a time. Connecting more than one simultaneously can be dangerous.
- Overcharging: Avoid overcharging. Unplug the device once the indicator light shows a full charge (green).
- Ventilation: Ensure the charger and the device being charged are in a well-ventilated area. Do not cover them during charging.

8. Troubleshooting
- Green Light On, Not Charging (No Red Light): If the charger shows a green light when plugged into the wall but does not turn red after connecting to your device, it's possible the device is not successfully connected. Please confirm that the device's charging port is fully plugged in and the adapter is securely attached.
- Light Goes Out After Connecting Device: If the green light goes out after connecting to your device, this indicates a possible internal short circuit within your device.
