4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Giraffe Tools CW20 Retractable Garden Hose Reel.

- Choose a Location: Select a sturdy wall or post capable of supporting the weight of the hose reel (approximately 25 lbs when empty, more when filled with water). Ensure the location allows for 180-degree swivel movement if desired.
- Mount the Bracket:
- Position the wall mounting bracket at the desired height.
- Mark the four drilling points through the bracket holes.
- Drill pilot holes suitable for the provided anchor bolts.
- Insert the wall anchors into the drilled holes.

- Attach the Multi-Function Nozzle:
- Screw the multi-function nozzle onto the end of the main hose extending from the reel.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Extending the Hose (Any Length Lock)
To extend the hose, simply pull it out to the desired length. The hose features an "Any Length Lock" mechanism, allowing it to lock automatically at any point. You will hear a click as it locks into position.

5.2 Retracting the Hose (Stable Auto Rewind System)
To retract the hose, give it a gentle tug. This will disengage the locking mechanism, and the hose will automatically and smoothly rewind back into the reel. The guidance system ensures the hose rolls up perfectly without tangling.

5.3 Using the Multi-Function Nozzle
