Installation
- Prepare for Installation:
- Turn off power at the circuit breaker or fuse box before starting.
- Ensure the mounting surface is stable and can support the fixture's weight.
- Mounting the Fixture:
- Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box using the provided screws. The junction box screw range is typically between 2.28" and 3.66".
- Pull the electrical wires from the junction box through the center hole of the mounting bracket.
- Connect the fixture wires to the house wires:
- Black to Black (Live)
- White to White (Neutral)
- Green/Bare Copper to Green/Bare Copper (Ground)
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Align the fixture with the mounting bracket and secure it with the provided screws. Ensure the gasket is properly seated between the fixture and the mounting surface to maintain the IP54 waterproof rating.

- Restore Power:
- Once installation is complete, restore power at the circuit breaker.
Operation
Motion Sensor Functionality
The floodlight features a motion sensor with a 110° sensing angle and a range of up to 49.21 feet (15 meters). The recommended installation height for optimal performance is 8.2 feet.

Adjusting Motion Sensor Settings
The motion sensor has a dial for adjusting the illumination duration after motion is detected. The available settings are 1 minute, 3 minutes, and 10 minutes, along with a "TEST" mode.

Image: A detailed view of the motion sensor's time setting dial.
- TEST Mode: Use this mode during installation to verify the sensor's coverage and light operation. The light will turn on for a short period (a few seconds) each time motion is detected, regardless of ambient light.
- 1 MIN / 3 MIN / 10 MIN: Select the desired duration the light remains on after motion is detected and no further motion is sensed.
Dusk to Dawn Feature
The integrated photocell ensures the light only activates when it's dark enough and motion is detected. During daylight hours, the light will remain off, conserving energy.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the fixture periodically with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or electrical components.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the fixture for any signs of damage, loose wiring, or wear. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
- LEDs: The integrated LED lights are designed for a long lifespan (50,000+ hours) and are not user-replaceable.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on. | No power supply. Sensor not detecting motion. Daylight sensor active. | Check circuit breaker/fuse. Verify sensor placement and range. Test in a dark environment or cover the sensor. Wait for ambient light to decrease. |
| Light stays on continuously. | Constant motion in sensor range. Sensor sensitivity too high. Wiring error. | Adjust sensor angle or location to avoid unwanted triggers. (Note: This model does not specify sensitivity adjustment, only time. Ensure no constant motion.) Recheck wiring connections. |
| Light flashes or flickers. | Loose wiring connection. Power fluctuations. | Turn off power and re-secure all wire connections. Consult an electrician if power issues persist. |
| Motion sensor range is poor. | Obstructions. Incorrect installation height. Temperature extremes. | Clear obstructions from sensor's field of view. Ensure installation height is around 8.2 feet. Performance may vary slightly in extreme temperatures. |
