6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your MelodySusie Nail Drill, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Figure 6.1: Common Issues and Solutions (Part 1).
- Issue: Drill bit not securely attached or excessive vibration.
- Solution: Before use, ensure the drill bit is properly locked in place as instructed. Only use original brand or appropriately sized drill bits. If the bit is too large or the handpiece is too small, vibration may occur even if tightened. Inspect the drill bit for damage; damaged bits can also cause vibration.
- Issue: Unstable speed control.
- Solution: Check if the speed adjustment button is damaged or loose. For cordless models, a low battery can cause unstable speed; please charge it promptly.
- Issue: Overheating during use.
- Solution: Please use the machine at the voltage specified in the manual. Otherwise, it may overheat and damage the motor.

Figure 6.2: Common Issues and Solutions (Part 2).
- Issue: Uneven or ineffective result.
- Solution: Select the appropriate drill bit for the task. Use a larger coarse bit for gel removal and a smaller fine bit for detailed polishing. Ensure you are using the correct angle and pressure, and that the machine is operating within the recommended speed range. Check the nail drill bit for wear or damage; damaged bits can lead to uneven results, so be sure to replace them promptly.
- Issue: Machine stopping during use.
- Solution: For corded nail drills, check if the power connection is loose. For cordless nail drills, check if the battery is low or drained.
If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.
