Operating Instructions

Your CYKOV Ergonomic Office Chair offers multiple adjustment options to customize your seating experience for maximum comfort and support.

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the height adjust handle (typically on the right side, under the seat). While seated, pull the handle up to raise the chair. To lower the chair, pull the handle up while applying weight to the seat. Release the handle to lock the height.

2. Reclining Feature & Footrest

The chair features a 90° to 160° reclining function with a lock. To recline, pull the recline adjust handle (also under the seat, often next to the height handle) and lean back to your desired angle. Release the handle to lock the recline position. The synchronized tilt feature ensures the chair fits snugly around your lumbar spine as you recline.

To deploy the footrest, pull it out from under the seat. Extend it fully and adjust its position for comfort. To retract, push it back under the seat until it is fully stored.

3. Adjustable Lumbar Support

The lumbar support can be adjusted for both height and depth. Locate the adjustment knob/lever on the back of the chair (as shown in Figure 6). Turn the knob or use the lever to move the lumbar support forward or backward for depth adjustment. Push or pull the lumbar support vertically to adjust its height. Adjust until you find the most comfortable and supportive position for your lower back.

4. Headrest Adjustment

The headrest is both height-adjustable and rotatable. Gently push or pull the headrest up or down to adjust its height. You can also tilt or rotate the headrest to find the optimal angle for neck and head support.
