1. Important Safety Information

Please read this entire instruction manual carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, property damage, or personal injury.

  • Always disconnect power before cleaning, performing maintenance, or relocating the fireplace.
  • This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains, at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  • Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.
  • Do not operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or plug or after the fireplace malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  • Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
  • To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  • This fireplace is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations. Never locate fireplace where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
  • Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
  • Do not use this fireplace outdoors.

3. Installation

The EUHOMY 73-inch Electric Fireplace offers versatile installation options: recessed, wall-mounted, or freestanding. Ensure the chosen location is near a grounded electrical outlet and away from flammable materials. Refer to the provided dimensions for precise measurements.

3.1 Product Dimensions

3.2 Installation Methods

Three installation methods: recessed, wall-mounted, and freestanding for the electric fireplace.

3.2.1 Recessed Installation

For a flush, built-in look, create an opening in your wall according to the fireplace's dimensions (73"W x 17.7"H x 5.6"D). Ensure proper framing and electrical access. Secure the unit within the opening using the provided mounting brackets and screws.

3.2.2 Wall-Mounted Installation

Attach the wall-mounting bracket securely to a wall stud at the desired height. Lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the bracket. Ensure it is level and stable before final tightening.

3.2.3 Freestanding Installation

Attach the included freestanding base to the bottom of the fireplace unit using the provided screws. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface.

3.3 Media Installation (Logs & Crystals)

Carefully place the decorative log set and crystal media into the designated fuel bed area of the fireplace. Ensure they are evenly distributed for optimal visual effect.

4. Operating Instructions

The fireplace can be operated using the touch control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

4.1 Control Panel & Remote Control

4.1.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button (⏻) on the control panel or remote to turn the fireplace on or off.

4.1.2 Flame Color & Brightness Adjustment

Use the flame color button (🔥) to cycle through 12 different flame color combinations. Use the dimmer button (💡) to adjust between 5 flame brightness levels. The flame effect can run independently without heat.

4.1.3 Heater Operation

Press the heater button (🌬) to activate the heating function. Toggle between 750W (energy-saving) and 1500W (efficient heating) modes. Adjust the temperature from 62°F to 82°F using the temperature control button (F). The unit features an automatic heat-off safety feature.

4.1.4 Timer Function

Use the timer button (⏱) to set an automatic shut-off time between 0.5 and 8 hours.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the fireplace is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
  • Air Vents: Regularly check and clean the air inlet and outlet vents to ensure unobstructed airflow. Blocked vents can lead to overheating.
  • Storage: If storing the fireplace for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and stored in a safe location.

6. Troubleshooting
