4. Setup Guide

4.1 Initial Charging

Upon receiving your H19 Smartwatch, it is essential to fully charge the device before its first use. Connect the provided charging cable to the watch and a compatible USB power source. The watch display will indicate charging status.

4.2 SIM Card Installation (Optional)

To utilize 4G network features and global calling, install a compatible SIM card. Refer to the watch's SIM card slot location and orientation. Ensure the watch is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card.

4.3 Powering On and Initial Configuration

Press and hold the power button (typically located on the side of the watch) until the screen illuminates. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language, connect to Wi-Fi, and complete the initial setup process, including Google account login if desired.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Navigation

The H19 Smartwatch features a touch-sensitive AMOLED display. Swipe left/right, up/down to navigate through menus and applications. Use the physical buttons for power on/off, back functions, or quick access to specific features.

5.2 Making Calls and Sending Messages

With a SIM card installed, you can make and receive calls directly from your watch using the 'Phone' application. Use the 'Messages' application to send and receive text messages.

5.3 Using the Camera

Access the 'Camera' application to utilize the retractable rotating camera. The camera can rotate up to 190 degrees, allowing for flexible photo and video capture, including selfies and video calls.

5.4 Health and Fitness Tracking

Utilize the 'Heart Rate Monitor' application to measure your heart rate. The 'Sport' application offers various modes to track your physical activities, leveraging the built-in GPS for route and distance tracking.

Access the 'Play Store' to download and install additional applications. Manage installed apps through the 'Settings' or 'File Management' applications.

6. Care and Maintenance

6.1 Water Resistance

The H19 Smartwatch is IP67 life waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief exposure to water during hand washing. Do not immerse the watch in water, swim, or bathe with it. Prolonged exposure to water or high-pressure water jets can cause damage.

6.2 Cleaning

7.2 NFC Payment Not Working

Please note that NFC payment functions are not supported on this model.
