- Maximum Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds for the bed frame.

- Anti-Tipping Device: Always install the provided anti-tipping device to firmly secure the loft bed to the wall. This is crucial for stability and safety.
- Guardrails: The top bunk is equipped with full-length and heightened guardrails. Ensure the top surface of the mattress is at least 5 inches (127mm) below the upper edge of the guardrails.
- Mattress Compatibility: Use a twin-size mattress (75"x38") with a recommended thickness of 4-6 inches.
- Ladder Safety: Use the ladder carefully when ascending or descending. Ensure it is securely attached.

2. Setup and Assembly
The DICTAC Twin Loft Bed is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary tools and an installation manual are included. Please ensure you have sufficient space and assistance if needed.
2.1 Unpacking and Preparation
- Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the included manual.
- Place all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Ensure all parts are clearly labeled as per the instructions.
2.2 Assembly Steps
Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the separate assembly manual. Pay close attention to illustrations and the orientation of holes and components.
- Begin by assembling the main bed frame structure.
- Attach the desk and storage components according to the diagrams.
- Install the ladder and guardrails securely.
- Finally, install the anti-tipping device to a sturdy wall stud using the provided hardware.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Integrated Desk and Charging Station
The loft bed features a built-in study desk and a convenient charging station.
- Desk Dimensions: The desktop measures approximately 40.94 inches (L) x 13.8 inches (W), providing ample space for work or study.
- Charging Station: The integrated charging station includes 2 standard 125V/12A AC outlets and 2 USB ports (5V/2.1A) for charging mobile phones, tablets, or other electronic devices. It comes with a 5.12-foot power cord.

3.2 LED Lighting System
The loft bed features vibrant RGB LED lights for customizable ambiance.
- Control Methods: The LED lights can be controlled via a dedicated mobile application or the inline controller.
- Customization: Adjust brightness, select from over 60,000 colors, and choose various modes including music synchronization, voice control, and timing functions.
- Music Mode: The sensitive microphone allows the light color and flashing mode to change with the rhythm of sound and music.

3.3 Storage Solutions
The loft bed incorporates multiple storage options to maximize space utilization.
- Open Storage Shelves: Four open shelves are available for books, files, small electronics, or decorative items.
- Fabric Drawers: Two fabric drawers provide concealed storage for personal items like clothing or accessories.
- Clothes Rail: A hanging rail on the left corner offers a convenient space for hanging clothes.
- Bottom Storage Rack: An open rack beneath the clothes rail can accommodate larger items such as shoes or bags.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your DICTAC Loft Bed.
- Cleaning: Wipe metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For wooden components, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Fasteners: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity and prevent squeaking.
- LED Lights: Ensure the LED light strips and controller are kept dry. If issues arise, check connections before contacting support.
- Fabric Drawers: Spot clean fabric drawers with a mild detergent and allow to air dry.
5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Bed Wobbles or Squeaks
- Check Fasteners: Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Loose connections are a primary cause of wobbling and noise.
- Anti-Tipping Device: Verify that the anti-tipping device is correctly installed and firmly anchored to a wall stud.
- Slats: The metal slats are designed with a buckle mechanism to prevent noise. Ensure all slats are properly seated and secured within the frame.
5.2 LED Lights Not Functioning
- Power Connection: Ensure the LED light power adapter is securely plugged into a working outlet and connected to the light strip.
- Controller: Check the inline controller for any damage or loose connections.
- App Connection: If using the app, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and correctly paired with the LED lights.
