Setup Guide

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the TOZO Crystal Pods and their charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 35 hours of total playtime with the charging case (ANC off) or 30 hours (ANC on).

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "TOZO Crystal Pods" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

The earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.4 for a stable and efficient connection, ensuring low latency for synchronized audio, ideal for gaming and video streaming.

3. Optimal Fit and Comfort

Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation performance. Experiment with the included S/M/L ear tip sizes to find your ideal fit.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The TOZO Crystal Pods feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Specific functions can be customized via the TOZO App.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
• Switch ANC/Transparency Mode: Press and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds.

Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and Transparency Mode

The Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling feature reduces external distractions by up to 38dB, allowing for an immersive listening experience. Transparency Mode allows you to hear your surroundings without removing the earbuds, useful for conversations or awareness in busy environments.

AI Call Noise Cancellation

Equipped with 4 built-in microphones and an AI algorithm, the earbuds effectively pick up your voice while eliminating ambient noise, ensuring clear calls even in noisy settings.

TOZO App Customization

Download the TOZO App to unlock full customization. You can choose from 32 EQ presets, create your own custom equalizer settings, and access over 100 white noise options for relaxation or focus. The app also allows for firmware updates and personalized control settings.

Maintenance

Cleaning Your Earbuds

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to maintain optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, you can gently wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.

Water Resistance (IPX5)
