Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not immerse the base unit or power cord in water or other liquids.
- Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.

4. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, clean the frother jug and lid according to the cleaning instructions in Section 6.
- Assemble: Ensure the frothing whisk (with spring) or stirring paddle (without spring) is securely placed at the bottom of the jug. The frothing whisk is for creating foam, while the stirring paddle is for heating milk without frothing.
- Placement: Place the frother jug onto the power base. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.
5. Operation
The Puldoum EMF-002 offers four distinct functions, accessible via a single button control. For optimal frothing results, use refrigerated UHT or pasteurized skimmed or semi-skimmed milk (approximately 4-6°C). Oat milk and nut milk may not foam effectively.

5.1 Selecting a Function
- Add Milk: Pour milk into the frother jug. Observe the MAX and MIN fill lines. For frothing, do not exceed the 160ml (5.07 oz) MAX frothing line. For heating only, do not exceed the 350ml (11.8 oz) MAX heating line.
- Attach Lid: Place the transparent lid securely on the frother jug.
- Select Mode: Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the four modes. The selected mode will be indicated by an illuminated icon on the digital display.
- Start: Once the desired mode is selected, the frother will automatically begin operation. The digital display will show the real-time temperature of the milk.
- Completion: The frother will automatically shut off when the process is complete (approximately 2 minutes) and beep to indicate readiness.

5.2 Available Modes:
- Warm Airy Milk Froth: Ideal for cappuccinos. Uses the frothing whisk.
- Warm Thick Milk Froth: Suitable for lattes and macchiatos. Uses the frothing whisk.
- Cold Milk Froth: For iced coffees or cold beverages. Uses the frothing whisk without heating.
- Milk Heating (No Froth): For hot chocolate or warm milk. Remove the frothing whisk and use the stirring paddle.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your frother.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Cool Down: Allow the frother jug to cool completely after use.
- Clean Interior: The frother jug features a non-stick coating. Use a soft brush or sponge with warm, soapy water to clean the interior. Rinse thoroughly.
- Clean Lid and Paddles: The lid and frothing/stirring paddles can be washed with warm, soapy water and rinsed.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the frother jug and power base with a damp cloth. Do not rinse the exterior directly under the faucet, especially the touchscreen area and the bottom of the container.
- Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
- Avoid Dishwasher: Do not place the frother jug or power base in a dishwasher.
