1. Important Safety Instructions

2. Setup and Assembly

3. Operating Instructions

The console features an LED display and 11 function keys for controlling your workout. The display shows speed, time, distance, calories, heart rate, and steps.

  • Start/Pause Button: Initiates or temporarily stops the running belt.
  • Stop Button: Halts the running belt and ends the workout.
  • Speed +/- Buttons: Adjusts the running belt speed from 1.0 to 10 MPH.

3.2 Starting a Workout

  2. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and insert the safety key into its slot on the console.
  3. Step onto the side rails of the treadmill.
  4. Press the Start button. The belt will begin moving at a low speed.
  5. Carefully step onto the running belt and adjust the speed using the Speed +/- buttons or quick speed buttons.

3.3 Adjusting Incline

The treadmill features a manual incline system, allowing adjustment from 0% to 5% incline.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.

4.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe down the console and other surfaces with a damp cloth after each use.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.

4.2 Lubrication

The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Lubricant is included with your treadmill.

  1. Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
  2. Loosen the running belt tension bolts slightly to lift the belt.
  3. Apply a small amount of the provided lubricant evenly under the center of the running belt.
  4. Tighten the running belt tension bolts.
  5. Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.

4.3 Belt Adjustment
