Operating Instructions
1. Wireless Charging (Qi2 Certified)
The charging station features a Qi2 certified 15W magnetic wireless charger, ideal for compatible iPhones. The magnetic plate can be folded up to 60° and its height adjusted, allowing for convenient viewing angles while charging.
- Placement: Place your Qi2-compatible smartphone directly onto the magnetic charging pad. Ensure proper alignment for optimal charging.
- Adjustable Stand: Gently pull the magnetic plate upwards to extend the stand. Adjust the angle (0-60°) and height as needed for comfortable viewing. The strong magnetic attraction allows 360° rotation of your iPhone.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
- Device Not Charging:
Ensure the charging station is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
Verify that your device is compatible with the charging port (USB-C, USB-A, or Qi2 wireless).
Check the cable for any damage. Try a different cable if necessary.
For wireless charging, ensure your device is correctly aligned on the magnetic pad and that there are no obstructions (e.g., thick phone cases).
- Display Not Working:
Tap the screen switch button on the side of the unit to reactivate the display, as it automatically turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
Ensure the power cord is securely connected.
- Slow Charging:
Ensure your device and cable support fast charging protocols (PD3.1 for 140W USB-C, Qi2 for 15W wireless).
When charging multiple devices, the total power output is shared. Disconnect other devices to prioritize faster charging for a specific device.
Note that some Samsung phones (e.g., S23U, S24, Galaxy Z Fold) may not be fully compatible with the USB-C ports for optimal charging speeds.
- Retractable Cable Issues:
If the retractable cable does not retract smoothly, gently guide it back into the unit. Avoid forcing it.
