The Ankilo 2-in-1 Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver is a versatile audio adapter designed to enhance your audio experience. It allows you to wirelessly transmit audio from non-Bluetooth devices (like TVs, PCs, or airplane entertainment systems) to Bluetooth headphones or speakers (TX mode), or receive audio from Bluetooth-enabled devices (like smartphones or tablets) and play it through wired speakers or car stereos (RX mode). Featuring Bluetooth 5.3 technology, it offers stable connections, low latency, and clear audio.

Setup and Operation

Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the adapter and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

Transmitter (TX) Mode

In TX mode, the device transmits audio from a non-Bluetooth source to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

  1. Switch to TX Mode: Slide the TX/RX switch button to the 'TX' position.
  2. Connect to Audio Source: Plug the 3.5mm AUX connector of the adapter into the audio output port of your non-Bluetooth device (e.g., TV, PC, airplane entertainment system).
  3. Power On: Long-press the 'M' button for 3 seconds to turn on the adapter. The indicator light will blink red, indicating it's in pairing mode.
  4. Pair with Bluetooth Headphones/Speakers: Put your Bluetooth headphones or speakers into pairing mode. Place them close to the Ankilo adapter. The adapter will automatically search and connect.
  5. Connection Successful: Once connected, the red indicator light will blink slowly. Audio from your source device will now be transmitted to your Bluetooth headphones/speakers.

Note: For the first pairing, it may take 1-3 minutes. Subsequent pairings will be faster. Ensure other Bluetooth devices are turned off to avoid interference during pairing.

Transmitter Mode for Airplane Use

Receiver (RX) Mode

In RX mode, the device receives audio from a Bluetooth-enabled source (like your smartphone) and plays it through wired speakers or car stereos.

  1. Switch to RX Mode: Slide the TX/RX switch button to the 'RX' position.
  2. Connect to Audio Output Device: Plug the 3.5mm AUX connector of the adapter into the audio input port of your wired speaker, car stereo, or home sound system.
  3. Power On: Long-press the 'M' button for 3 seconds to turn on the adapter. The indicator light will blink blue, indicating it's in pairing mode.
  4. Pair with Bluetooth Device: On your smartphone or tablet, enable Bluetooth and search for "BT-13" (or similar device name). Select it to connect.
  5. Connection Successful: Once connected, the blue indicator light will blink slowly. Audio from your Bluetooth device will now play through your wired speakers.
