- Power Off: Press the ON/OFF button again to turn off the device.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your GALINAND Cold Therapy Machine, refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Power adapter not connected; power outlet issue; controller not connected properly. | Ensure power adapter is securely plugged into the controller and a working outlet. Check controller connection to pump. |
| Water is not circulating. | Pump not submerged; tubing kinked; low water level; air in system. | Ensure pump is fully submerged. Check tubing for kinks. Add more water/ice. Briefly lift and lower the therapy pad to help release air bubbles. |
| Therapy pad is not cold enough. | Insufficient ice; water not cold enough; flow setting too low. | Add more ice or frozen water bottles. Ensure water is very cold. Increase flow setting to HI. |
| Water leakage. | Loose connections; damaged tubing/pad. | Check all quick-coupling connections to ensure they are securely fastened. Inspect tubing and pad for any visible damage. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact GALINAND customer support.
