4. Operating Instructions

The Dowinx Fabric Gaming Chair offers several adjustable features to customize your seating experience:

• Height Adjustment: Use the lever located under the seat on the right side to adjust the chair's height. Pull the lever up while seated to lower, or pull up while standing to raise.
• Backrest Recline: The backrest can be reclined up to 135 degrees. Locate the recline lever on the side of the chair (typically on the right). Pull the lever up to adjust the angle, then release to lock it in place.
• Lumbar Support Massage: The lumbar pillow includes a massage feature. Connect the USB cable from the lumbar pillow to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, power bank, or USB wall adapter) to activate the massage function.
• Retractable Footrest: Pull the footrest out from under the seat when desired, and push it back in for storage.
• Swivel Function: The chair features a 360-degree swivel base for easy movement and access to your surroundings.

5. Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Dowinx Fabric Gaming Chair, follow these care guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild fabric cleaner and test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Spills: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can spread the stain.
• Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading of the fabric.
• Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Dowinx Fabric Gaming Chair, please consider the following common solutions:

• Chair Squeaks: Check if all bolts are securely tightened. A small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to moving parts if the squeaking persists.
• Height Adjustment Issues: Ensure the gas lift cylinder is properly installed and not obstructed. If the chair does not raise or lower smoothly, the gas lift may need replacement.
• Recline Mechanism Not Working: Verify that the recline lever is fully engaged or disengaged. Check for any obstructions in the mechanism.
• Wobbly Chair: Confirm that the base and casters are correctly attached and all screws are tightened. Ensure the chair is on a flat, even surface.
