NUZEZCJG A30 Relay Switch Controller

DC 6~80V Voltage Detection Charging Discharge Monitor

1. Introduction

The NUZEZCJG A30 Relay Switch Controller is a versatile device designed for DC voltage detection and relay control. It features a digital display for clear voltage readings and two buttons for easy operation. This controller can be used as a voltage detection switch, a battery over/under voltage protector, or a discharge meter. It supports an adjustable voltage detection range from DC 0V to 99.9V and operates within a DC 6V to 80V power supply range.

2. Safety Information

  • Power Supply: Ensure the input voltage is within the specified DC 6V to 80V range. Exceeding this range may damage the device.
  • Wiring: Always disconnect power before making any wiring connections. Incorrect wiring can lead to device malfunction or electrical hazards.
  • Load Current: For electric loads above DC 60V, ensure the load current is less than 10A to prevent damage to the relay contacts due to high voltage DC electric arc.
  • Environment: Do not expose the device to moisture, extreme temperatures, or corrosive environments.

3. Product Overview

The A30 controller features a digital LED display, two control buttons (SET and ENTER), and terminal blocks for power and relay connections. It comes with a protective case.

5. Setup and Installation

Carefully follow the wiring diagrams below for proper installation. Ensure all power sources are disconnected before making connections.

5.1 Terminal Connections

  • Volt+: Input for voltage detection (DC 0-99.9V).
  • GND: Common ground connection.
  • Power+: Power supply input for the controller (DC 6-80V).
  • NC (Normally Closed): Relay contact that is closed when the relay is de-energized and open when energized.
  • COM (Common): Common terminal for the relay contact.
  • NO (Normally Open): Relay contact that is open when the relay is de-energized and closed when energized.

6. Operating Instructions

The A30 controller is operated using the 'SET' and 'ENTER' buttons located below the digital display.

6.1 Basic Operation

  • Power On: Connect the DC 6-80V power supply to the 'Power+' and 'GND' terminals. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current detected voltage.
  • Voltage Display: The digital display continuously shows the voltage detected at the 'Volt+' terminal.

6.2 Setting Voltage Limits and Delay

The controller allows setting upper and lower voltage limits, and a detection sampling delay. Specific button press sequences are required to enter programming mode and adjust these parameters.

  • Entering Setting Mode: Press and hold the 'SET' button for a few seconds until the display changes, indicating entry into the parameter setting mode.
  • Navigating Parameters: Use the 'SET' button to cycle through different parameters (e.g., upper voltage limit, lower voltage limit, delay time).
  • Adjusting Values: Use the 'ENTER' button to adjust the value of the currently selected parameter. Repeated presses or holding the button may increase/decrease the value.
  • Saving Settings: After adjusting all desired parameters, press and hold the 'SET' button again, or wait for a timeout, to save the settings and exit the programming mode.
  • Detection Sampling Delay: This parameter (0.1 to 0.9 seconds) determines the sensitivity and response time of the voltage detection. Adjust as needed for your application.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion. Check the device for any signs of physical damage.
  • Environmental Conditions: Ensure the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to prolong the device's lifespan.

8. Troubleshooting

  • No Display/No Power:
    • Check the power supply connection to 'Power+' and 'GND'.
    • Verify the input voltage is within DC 6-80V.
    • Ensure the power supply is active.
  • Incorrect Voltage Reading:
    • Verify the 'Volt+' and 'GND' connections are correct and secure to the voltage source being measured.
    • Check for any loose wires or poor contacts.
  • Relay Not Activating/Deactivating:
    • Confirm that the set upper and lower voltage limits are appropriate for the desired operation.
    • Check the 'COM', 'NO', and 'NC' wiring for the load.
    • Ensure the load current does not exceed the relay's maximum rating, especially for DC loads above 60V (max 10A).
    • Verify the detection sampling delay setting.
  • Buttons Unresponsive:
    • Ensure the device is powered on.
    • Briefly disconnect and reconnect power to reset the device.
