1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective installation, operation, and maintenance of your VOLT 12V 9W Color-Changing RGBW Mini Brass LED Underwater Lights. These lights are designed to enhance ponds, fountains, and other water features with vibrant, color-changing illumination. Each set includes three IP68-rated waterproof fixtures, constructed from solid brass, offering a total light output of 240 lumens.

2. Safety Information
- Low Voltage Requirement: These are 12V fixtures. A low voltage transformer (not included) is required for operation. Do not connect directly to standard household voltage.
- Water Depth: Fixtures must be installed in a minimum of 3 inches (7.6 cm) of water and a maximum of 18 inches (45.7 cm) of water.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure all electrical connections are secure and protected from water ingress. Disconnect power before installation or maintenance.
- Certification: These fixtures are UL/cUL Listed, indicating compliance with safety standards.
- Integrated LEDs: The LEDs are integrated and not user-replaceable. Do not attempt to open or modify the light fixtures.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present before beginning installation:
- 3 x VOLT Mini Brass RGBW LED Underwater Lights (permanently wired together)
- 1 x Infrared Remote Control
- Non-skid rubber pads (pre-attached to fixture bases)
- Integrated lead wires: 18-foot (5.5 m) lead wire to the first fixture, with 8-foot (2.4 m) lead wires connecting to the second and third fixtures.
4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Prepare the Location: Identify the desired placement for each light fixture within your pond or fountain. Ensure the water depth is between 3 and 18 inches (7.6 cm - 45.7 cm).
- Position Fixtures: Place the three lights in their intended locations. The non-skid rubber pads on the bases will help prevent movement.
- Route Wiring: Carefully route the integrated lead wires from the fixtures to the location of your low voltage transformer (not included). The first fixture has an 18-foot lead, and subsequent fixtures are connected by 8-foot leads. Ensure wires are not pinched or damaged.
- Connect to Transformer: Connect the main lead wire from the light set to a compatible 12V AC low voltage landscape lighting transformer (sold separately). Follow the transformer's instructions for proper wiring.
- Power On: Once all connections are secure and the fixtures are properly submerged, turn on the power to the low voltage transformer.

5. Operating Instructions
The VOLT underwater lights are controlled using the included infrared remote control.
- Power On/Off: Use the designated power button on the remote to turn the lights on or off.
- Color Changing: Utilize the color selection buttons or modes on the remote to cycle through various RGBW (Red, Green, Blue, White) color options and effects.
- Remote Signal: For optimal signal reception when changing colors or modes, it may be necessary to lift the light fixtures out of the water. Water can interfere with infrared signals.

6. Maintenance
These LED underwater lights require minimal maintenance:
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the brass fixtures to remove any mineral deposits or algae buildup that may affect light output. Use a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Ensure power is disconnected before cleaning.
- No Bulb Replacement: The LED light source is integrated and designed for long-term use. No bulb replacement is necessary.
- Wiring Inspection: Occasionally inspect the wiring for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections.
7. Troubleshooting
- Lights Not Turning On:
- Ensure the low voltage transformer is powered on and functioning correctly.
- Check all wiring connections between the lights and the transformer for tightness and proper contact.
- Verify that the remote control has working batteries and is pointed directly at the lights (or lifted out of water for better signal).
- Inconsistent Color Changing or Remote Response:
- Water can obstruct infrared signals. Try lifting the fixtures partially out of the water when using the remote.
- Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the light fixtures.
- One or More Lights Not Functioning:
- Since the lights are permanently wired, check the connections at the transformer. If individual lights fail, contact customer support for warranty assistance.
- No Transformer Included:
- This product requires a separate 12V AC low voltage landscape lighting transformer, which is not included in the package. Purchase a suitable transformer for operation.
