Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NutriBullet Flip, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not turn on or blend. | Low battery, improper assembly, or motor overload. | Ensure the unit is fully charged. Check that the blade assembly and cup are securely twisted onto the motor base. Reduce ingredients if overloaded. |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly. | Too little liquid, too many solid ingredients, or ingredients are stuck. | Add more liquid. Reduce the amount of solid ingredients. Gently shake the blender during operation to dislodge ingredients. |
| Leakage from the cup. | Lid or blade assembly not properly sealed. | Ensure the blade assembly is tightly screwed onto the cup and the lid is securely closed. Check the silicone gasket for proper placement. |
| Charging indicator light not working. | Cable not connected properly or power source issue. | Verify the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the blender and the power adapter. Try a different USB power source. |
