1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the RisoPhy Lightweight Gaming Mouse. This device is designed for optimal performance and versatility, offering tri-mode connectivity (wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth 5.1) and a high-precision PAW3395 optical sensor. Its ultra-lightweight design ensures comfort during extended use, while programmable buttons allow for personalized control. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new gaming mouse.

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Mouse

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the mouse's charging port and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The mouse can be used while charging in wired mode.

3.2. Connectivity Modes

The RisoPhy PC426A mouse supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wired USB-C. A switch on the bottom of the mouse allows you to select your preferred mode.

3.2.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode

1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer.
3. Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "2.4G" position.
4. The mouse should automatically connect to your device.

3.2.2. Bluetooth 5.1 Mode

1. Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "BT" position.
2. Press and hold the "BT pair" button on the bottom of the mouse until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (e.g., MacBook, tablet), go to Bluetooth settings and search for "RisoPhy PC426A" (or similar).
4. Select the mouse to pair. The indicator light on the mouse will become solid when successfully paired.

3.2.3. Wired Mode

1. Connect the USB-C end of the provided cable to the mouse and the USB-A end to your computer.
2. The mouse will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. DPI Adjustment

The mouse features a PAW3395 optical sensor with adjustable DPI settings up to 26,000 DPI. You can cycle through preset DPI levels using the dedicated DPI button located on the top of the mouse, behind the scroll wheel. Each level may be indicated by a different LED color.

Recommended DPI settings for various tasks:

• 1000-2000 DPI: Daily Office Work
• 2000-4000 DPI: Design and Drafting
• Above 8000 DPI: High-End Gaming

4.2. Programmable Buttons

The mouse features 6 programmable buttons. Customization of tactical keybinds, DPI settings, and mode switching can be done via the dedicated software. Please note that button customization is not available in Bluetooth mode.

4.3. Polling Rate Adjustment

The polling rate can be adjusted by pressing the Forward button + Mouse Wheel simultaneously. The polling rate ranges from 100-1000 Hz.

4.4. Power Saving Features

The mouse is equipped with intelligent power-saving technology, including an Auto-Sleep function to conserve battery life during periods of inactivity. It also features a low battery reminder.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the mouse in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge it when the low battery indicator appears.

6. Troubleshooting

• Mouse not responding:
  • Ensure the mouse is charged.
  • Check the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to ensure it's in the correct position (2.4G, BT, or OFF).
  • For 2.4GHz mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in.
  • For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is properly paired. Try re-pairing if necessary.
  • For wired mode, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer.
• Lag or intermittent connection:
  • Ensure the mouse is within range of the USB receiver (for 2.4GHz) or your device (for Bluetooth).
  • Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
  • Ensure the mouse is fully charged.
• Buttons not working as expected:
  • If using programmable buttons, ensure the customization software is correctly configured (not available in Bluetooth mode).
  • Restart your computer and the mouse.
