4. Installation Guide
4.1. Front Camera Installation
- Choose Location: Select a position on your windshield, preferably behind the rearview mirror, that does not obstruct your driving view.
- Clean Surface: Ensure the windshield surface is clean and dry before applying the adhesive pad.
- Attach Dash Cam: Peel off the protective film from one adhesive pad and firmly press it onto the chosen location on the windshield. Attach the dash cam to the adhesive mount.
- Connect Power: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Connect the Type-C end of the power cable to the dash cam. Route the cable neatly along the windshield edge and A-pillar using the easy pry tool to tuck it under the trim.
4.2. Rear Camera Installation
- Mount Rear Camera: Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield, ensuring a clear view. Use the second adhesive pad for secure attachment.
- Route Cable: Connect the rear camera cable to the main dash cam unit. Route the cable from the rear camera to the front dash cam, typically along the headliner and A-pillar, tucking it under the vehicle's interior trim.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off
- Automatic Operation: The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on (and power is supplied to the cigarette lighter socket).
- Manual Power: Press and hold the power button (if available) to manually turn the device on or off.
5.2. Basic Recording
- Continuous Recording: Once powered on, the dash cam will automatically start continuous loop recording. Video files are saved in segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes).
- Loop Recording: When the SD card is full, the oldest unlocked files will be overwritten by new recordings.
5.3. G-Sensor (Emergency Recording)
The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, the current video segment will be automatically locked and saved to a protected folder on the SD card, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording.

5.4. 24-Hour Parking Monitor
To enable 24-hour parking monitoring, a hardwire kit (sold separately, ASIN: B0D93KLNJR) is required. When properly installed, the dash cam will continue to monitor your vehicle even when the ignition is off. It can record continuously with a time-lapse function or activate upon detecting motion or impact.
