4. Assembly Instructions
This model kit features an easy snap-together assembly process. No glue, cutters, or specialized tools are required. Follow the numbered steps on the included instruction sheet for detailed guidance.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all plastic runners and parts from the packaging. Identify the different sections (e.g., head, torso, arms, legs, weapons).
- Detaching Parts: Gently twist or snap parts from their runners. If a part is stubborn, apply slight pressure evenly. Avoid bending or forcing.
- Assemble Core Body: Begin by assembling the torso, then attach the head. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach Limbs: Connect the arm and leg components to the main body. Pay attention to the orientation of each part.
- Install Battery: Locate the battery compartment (typically in the chest or head) and insert the included nonstandard battery. Ensure correct polarity. This powers the light-up features.
- Assemble Accessories: Put together any weapons or additional parts as indicated in the instructions.
- Attach to Display Stand: If desired, assemble the display stand and attach the completed Nemesis Prime figure.
Tip: Refer to the visual diagrams on the instruction sheet for precise part identification and connection points.

5. Operation & Posing
Your Nemesis Prime model features 20 points of articulation, allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses. The figure also includes built-in lights in its eyes and chest.
- Articulation: Gently manipulate the joints at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles to achieve desired poses. Avoid forcing joints beyond their natural range of motion to prevent damage.
- Light-Up Features: A small switch, typically located on the back or chest, activates the LED lights in the eyes and chest. Ensure the battery is correctly installed for this feature to function.
- Accessories: Attach weapons and other accessories to the figure's hands or designated attachment points.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the figure, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the figure in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation or discoloration.
- Battery Replacement: If the light-up features dim or stop working, replace the nonstandard battery with a new one of the same type. Refer to the assembly instructions for battery compartment location.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Parts do not fit together. | Incorrect orientation or excess plastic on connection points. | Check the instruction diagrams for correct orientation. Gently remove any excess plastic (flash) if present, using a hobby knife if necessary (adult supervision recommended). |
| Joints are too loose/tight. | Manufacturing variance or improper assembly. | For loose joints, a thin layer of clear nail polish or a small piece of tape can be applied to the peg. For tight joints, gently work the joint back and forth or apply a tiny amount of silicone lubricant. |
| Light-up features not working. | Battery incorrectly installed or depleted. | Ensure the battery is inserted with correct polarity. Replace the battery if it is old or depleted. Check that the power switch is in the "ON" position. |
