8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the DC power supply is correctly connected and within the specified voltage range (9-24V). Check the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- No Sound: Verify speaker connections are secure and correct polarity is observed. Check the selected input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, USB) matches your source. Ensure the volume is not set to minimum.
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: Make sure the amplifier is in Bluetooth mode. Restart your mobile device's Bluetooth and try searching for "XinYi" again. Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the amplifier via Bluetooth.
- Distorted Sound: Check if the input voltage is too high for the connected speakers (especially 4-ohm speakers). Reduce the volume. Ensure speaker impedance matches the amplifier's capabilities.
- USB Playback Issues: Ensure the USB flash drive is formatted correctly and contains supported audio formats (WAV, FLAC, APE, MP3). Try a different USB drive.
9. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the amplifier board. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the board in a dry, dust-free environment.
- Heat Management: Ensure the heat sink (if applicable) is free from obstructions to allow for proper heat dissipation.
