Controls and Indicators:

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

4.2 Powering On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns red and then off.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop).
4. Search for "Tronsmart Sounfii Q20S" in the Bluetooth device list.
5. Select it to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator will slowly flash blue.
6. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.3 and have a range of up to 49 feet (15 meters).

4.4 Wired Connection

For a wired connection, plug one end of the 3.5mm Aux-in cable into the headphone's audio jack and the other end into your audio device. The headphones can be used in wired mode even when the battery is depleted.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Transparency Mode

The Tronsmart Q20S headphones feature Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation, capable of reducing environmental noise by up to 40dB. They also offer a Transparency Mode to allow you to hear your surroundings.

• Activate ANC: Press the ANC Button once to turn on Active Noise Cancellation.
• Activate Transparency Mode: Press the ANC Button again to switch to Transparency Mode.
• Deactivate: Press the ANC Button a third time to turn off both modes.

Warm Reminder: Please do not use the "noise cancellation" feature in environments such as roads, construction sites, or near railways while cycling or walking. Please switch to the "transparency mode" instead for safety.

  3. Check if the headphones are already connected to another device. Disconnect and try again.

• No sound:
