Setup Guide
1. Battery Installation
- Carefully remove the front frame of the thermometer to access the battery compartment.
- Using a small Phillips head screwdriver, unscrew the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit.
- Insert one fresh AAA battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the battery compartment cover and secure it with the screw.
- Reattach the front frame.

2. Mounting the Thermometer
The thermometer is designed for outdoor window mounting, allowing you to view the temperature from indoors.
- Clean the exterior window surface where you intend to mount the thermometer. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust or debris.
- Peel the backing from the included 3M adhesive tape.
- Apply the adhesive tape to the designated area on the back of the thermometer.
- Press the thermometer firmly onto the clean window surface. For best accuracy, choose a location that is shaded from direct sunlight.

Operation
Display Information
The clear LCD display shows three key temperature readings:
- Current Temperature: The largest digits indicate the real-time outdoor temperature.
- Daily High: Displays the highest temperature recorded since the last reset.
- Daily Low: Displays the lowest temperature recorded since the last reset.
Temperature Unit
This model displays temperature exclusively in Fahrenheit (°F).
Resetting Daily Records
The daily high and low records automatically reset every 24 hours. There are no manual reset buttons for these records.
Maintenance
Battery Replacement
When the display dims or becomes erratic, it is time to replace the battery. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the Setup Guide.
Cleaning
To clean the thermometer, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the display or casing. Ensure the unit is dry before re-mounting.
