4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
To clean your keyboard, disconnect it from power. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. For deeper cleaning, you can remove the keycaps using the provided keycap puller and clean the keyboard plate and keycaps separately. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
4.2 Keycap and Switch Replacement
The Air75 V2 features durable Double-shot PBT keycaps, designed to resist wear and fading. If you wish to replace keycaps or switches:
- Use the keycap puller to gently remove keycaps by pulling straight up.
- Use the switch puller to carefully grip the switch from its top and bottom clips and pull straight up.
- When inserting new switches, align the pins with the sockets on the PCB and press down gently until the switch clicks into place. Do not force switches, as this can bend pins.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Connectivity Issues
- Keyboard not connecting wirelessly: Ensure the keyboard is charged. Check that the mode switch is set correctly (2.4G or Bluetooth). For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Try re-pairing.
- Intermittent connection: Move the keyboard closer to the receiver/device. Avoid sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices, large metal objects).
5.2 Keys Not Responding
- Specific keys: If only a few keys are not working, the switch might be faulty or not seated correctly. Try removing and re-inserting the switch. If the issue persists, replace the switch.
- All keys: Ensure the keyboard is powered on and properly connected. Try switching between wired and wireless modes. Recharge the keyboard if the battery is low.
5.3 Backlighting Issues
- Lights off: Check if backlighting is turned off or brightness is set to minimum.
- Inconsistent lighting: Ensure the keyboard firmware is up to date.
