The Pixio PS1D Wave Dual Monitor Arm Stand is designed to enhance your workspace by providing an ergonomic and organized setup for two monitors. It accommodates monitors up to 32 inches each, supporting up to 19.8 lbs per arm, and is compatible with 75x75mm and 100x100mm VESA mounting patterns.

This monitor arm offers smooth height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot functions, allowing for optimal viewing angles. Its integrated cable management system helps keep your desk clutter-free by neatly organizing monitor cables.

Setup and Installation

The Pixio PS1D Wave monitor arm is designed for easy installation directly from above your desk surface, minimizing clutter and simplifying the setup process.

Mounting Options:

• Clamp Mount: Suitable for desk thicknesses between 0.39" and 1.8". This method secures the mount to the edge of your desk.
• Grommet Mount: Ideal for desks with pre-drilled holes, supporting desk thicknesses between 0.39" and 1.6". This provides a more integrated look.

Attaching Monitors:

The monitor arm features a detachable VESA plate design, making it simple to attach or remove your monitors. Secure the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using the provided screws, then slide the plate onto the arm's mounting head until it clicks into place.

Operating the Monitor Arm

Once installed, the Pixio PS1D Wave allows for flexible and precise adjustments to achieve your ideal viewing position.

Adjustments:

• Height Adjustment: Smoothly raise or lower your monitors to eye level.
• Tilt: Adjust the screen vertically (+45° to -45°) to reduce glare and optimize viewing angles.
• Swivel: Rotate the monitor horizontally (±90° at the VESA plate, ±180° at the base) to share your screen or change orientation.
• Rotation: Pivot the monitor from landscape to portrait mode (±90°) for different tasks.

Tension Adjustment:

The built-in spring tension mechanism allows for precise weight adjustments. Use an Allen key (provided) to turn clockwise to reduce tension for lighter monitors or counter-clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors. This ensures the arm holds your monitors securely at the desired height.

Cable Management

Maintain a clean and organized workspace with the integrated cable management system. Simply slide the covers off the arm segments, route your cables through the channels, and then snap the covers back into place. This keeps all your monitor and power cables neatly tucked away and out of sight.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Pixio PS1D Wave monitor arm, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Regular Cleaning: Wipe down the arm and base with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Check Connections: Periodically inspect all screws and connections to ensure they are secure. Tighten if necessary.
• Lubrication: The internal mechanisms are designed for long-term smooth operation and typically do not require lubrication. If you notice any stiffness, consult the manufacturer's support.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your monitor arm, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

• Monitor Sags or Won't Stay Up: This usually indicates that the tension spring needs adjustment. Increase the tension using the provided Allen key (turn counter-clockwise for heavier monitors).
• Monitor is Too Stiff to Adjust: The tension might be too high. Decrease the tension using the Allen key (turn clockwise for lighter monitors).
• Arm Feels Loose or Wobbly: Check all mounting screws at the base and VESA plate. Ensure they are securely tightened.
• Cables Don't Fit in Channels: Ensure you are using appropriate cable sizes. If cables are too thick, they may not fit. Avoid forcing them, as this can damage the cables or the arm.
