Setup

Before first use, ensure the grinder is placed on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Unpack all components and remove any protective packaging materials.

1. Place the Grinder: Position the main grinder unit on a suitable countertop.
2. Install Bean Container: Ensure the transparent bean container is securely seated on top of the grinder.
3. Prepare Ground Coffee Receiving Circle: Place the ground coffee receiving circle or your preferred container (e.g., portafilter, drip basket) into the designated slot at the bottom of the grinder.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The AYNEFY Electric Bean Grinder offers intuitive digital touch controls for a customized grinding experience. Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Add Coffee Beans: Open the lid of the bean container and add your desired amount of whole coffee beans. The maximum capacity is approximately 250g (8.8 oz).
2. Select Grind Setting: Rotate the bean silo (hopper) to select your desired grind level from the 25 available settings. Finer settings are suitable for espresso, while coarser settings are for French press or drip coffee. Refer to the markings around the hopper for guidance (e.g., Espresso, Mocca).
3. Adjust Grinding Amount: Use the digital touch controls to set the grinding amount. You can choose between:
   • Cups: Select the number of cups from 2 to 14. The grinder will automatically dispense the appropriate amount.
   • Time: Adjust the grinding duration from 5 to 40 seconds for precise control.
4. Start Grinding: Press the power/start button on the digital display to begin the grinding process. The grinder will automatically stop once the selected amount or time is reached.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your grinder. The anti-fly powder design helps keep your kitchen tidy.
