Setup

1. Charging the Case and Earbuds

• Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds.
• Connect the USB A to USB C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source.
• The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status.

2. Pairing with a Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "TOZO NC3" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with your device for future use.

3. Fitting the Earbuds

• Choose the eartips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A good seal is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.
• Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canals and twist slightly to secure them.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The TOZO NC3 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Specific functions can be customized via the TOZO App.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds.
• Switch ANC/Transparency Mode: Press and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or disconnect from Bluetooth and they will automatically power off after 5 minutes.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Eartips: Remove and clean the eartips periodically with water and mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Water Resistance: While IPX8 rated, avoid prolonged submersion in water. Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage to charging contacts.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to forget previous connections and try pairing again.
• Only one earbud working: Try resetting the earbuds. Ensure both earbuds are removed from the case and connected.
