1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the Svetaecho NC500 Wireless Pro Controller. It covers setup, operation, features, specifications, and troubleshooting. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product.

2. Product Overview

3. Setup and Connection

3.1 Connecting to Nintendo Switch/OLED/Lite (Wireless)

1. On your Nintendo Switch console, navigate to the HOME Menu.
2. Select 'Controllers' > 'Change Grip/Order'.
3. Press and hold the Y + HOME buttons on the Svetaecho controller for 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly.
4. The controller will pair with the console, and the indicator light(s) will become solid.

3.2 Connecting to iOS Devices (Wireless)

1. Ensure your iOS device (iOS 13.0 or above) has Bluetooth enabled.
2. Press and hold the X + HOME buttons on the Svetaecho controller for 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly.
3. On your iOS device, go to Bluetooth settings and select the controller from the list of available devices.
4. The controller will pair, and the indicator light(s) will become solid.

3.3 Connecting to Android Devices (Wireless)

1. Ensure your Android device has Bluetooth enabled.
2. Press and hold the B + HOME buttons on the Svetaecho controller for 3 seconds until the indicator lights flash rapidly.
3. On your Android device, go to Bluetooth settings and select the controller from the list of available devices.
4. The controller will pair, and the indicator light(s) will become solid.

3.4 Connecting to PC (Wired)

1. Connect the Svetaecho controller to your Windows PC (Windows 7/10/11) using the provided USB Type-C cable.
2. The controller will be recognized automatically by your PC.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wake-up Function for Nintendo Switch

To activate the wake-up function for your Nintendo Switch (including Switch 2, OLED, Lite):

1. With a Joy-Con connected to your Switch, go to System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Disconnect Controllers.
2. Press and hold the [+] + HOME buttons on the Svetaecho controller for 3 seconds until controller icons appear on the screen.
3. To activate the wake-up feature, remove the right Joy-Con for 1 second, then reattach it.
4. When the console is asleep, press the HOME button briefly (2 seconds) on the Svetaecho controller to wake it up.

Note: Switch 2 "Wake" and "Voice" functions are not supported by this controller. Use the original Switch 2 Joy-Con to activate the wake-up function on the NC500.

4.2 Adjusting RGB Lighting

The controller features customizable RGB lighting. To adjust the lighting:

• Press the M button + Left/Right D-pad to cycle through different lighting modes and colors.
• Press the M button + Up/Down D-pad to adjust the brightness levels.

4.3 Turbo Function

The controller includes a 3-speed turbo function for rapid button presses.

• To activate/deactivate Turbo, press the M button + Turbo button.
• To adjust Turbo speed (Rapid: 5 shots/s, Fast: 12 shots/s, Hyper: 20 shots/s), press the M button + Up/Down D-pad while Turbo is active.

4.4 Vibration Adjustment

The controller offers three levels of vibration feedback: Weak, Medium, and Strong.

• Refer to the controller's specific button combinations (if available in the full manual) to cycle through vibration intensities.

5. Charging and Battery Life

The Svetaecho NC500 controller is equipped with a 1000mAh rechargeable battery.

• Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours using the included USB Type-C cable.
• Battery Life: Over 15 hours of uninterrupted playtime, even with RGB lighting activated.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Svetaecho NC500 controller, please refer to the following common solutions:

7.1 Connection Issues

• Controller not pairing: Ensure the controller is fully charged. Verify that you are using the correct button combination for your device (Y+HOME for Switch, X+HOME for iOS, B+HOME for Android). Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and no other controllers are interfering.
• PC wired connection not recognized: Try a different USB port on your PC. Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the controller and the PC. Restart your PC.
• Intermittent disconnection: Ensure the controller is within the effective range of your device's Bluetooth. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference.

7.2 Input Lag or Unresponsiveness

• Wireless lag: Reduce the distance between the controller and the console/device. Ensure there are no physical obstructions.
• Button/Joystick unresponsiveness: Check if the controller battery is low. Perform a factory reset (refer to the full manual for specific instructions if available).

7.3 Hall Effect Joystick Drift

The Svetaecho NC500 features Hall Effect Joysticks designed to prevent drift. If you experience any unusual joystick behavior, please:

• Ensure the controller's firmware is up to date (check the manufacturer's website for updates).
• Recalibrate the joysticks through your console or device settings if an option is available.

8. Maintenance
