1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your FORYON 800W Voltage Transformer. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device and retain it for future reference.
The FORYON 800W Voltage Transformer is designed to convert AC voltage between 110V and 220V, allowing you to use household appliances from different regions. It features multiple outlet types (U+S&E+U&U+K) for broad compatibility and includes dual circuit breakers for protection.
2. Safety Information
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
- Always ensure the transformer's power rating (800W) is sufficient for the appliance you intend to use. Do not overload the transformer.
- Before connecting any appliance, verify that the voltage selection switch on the transformer matches the required input voltage of your appliance.
- Place the transformer on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation. Do not block ventilation openings.
- Do not operate the transformer in wet or damp conditions.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If the circuit breaker trips, disconnect the appliance, reduce the load, and reset the breaker.
- Unplug the transformer from the power source when not in use.
3. Package Contents
Please check the package for the following items:

4. Setup
- Unpack the Transformer: Carefully remove the transformer from its packaging.
- Placement: Place the transformer on a dry, stable, and well-ventilated surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for heat dissipation.
- Identify Input/Output: Locate the input voltage selector switch and the various output sockets on the transformer. Refer to Figure 4.1 for component identification.
- Select Correct Input Voltage: CRITICAL: Before plugging the transformer into a wall outlet, set the input voltage switch on the back of the unit to match your local power supply (e.g., 110V or 220V).
- Connect to Power: Plug the transformer's power cord into a wall outlet.
- Select Output Voltage: On the front panel, identify the desired output voltage socket (e.g., 110V or 220V) for your appliance.
- Connect Appliance: Plug your appliance into the appropriate output socket on the transformer.

Figure 4.1: Detailed view of the transformer's front and back panels, highlighting the 110V and 230V sockets, power lamp, AC input, and On/Off switch. The input voltage selector (230V/110V) is clearly marked on the back panel.
5. Operating Instructions
Once the transformer is set up as described in Section 4:
- Power On: Flip the "ON/OFF" switch on the back panel to the "ON" position. The "POWER" lamp on the front panel should illuminate, indicating the unit is receiving power.
- Appliance Operation: Turn on your connected appliance.
- Power Off: When finished, turn off your appliance first, then flip the "ON/OFF" switch on the transformer to the "OFF" position. Unplug the transformer from the wall outlet if not in use for an extended period.
Important Notes:
- Always ensure the total wattage of all connected appliances does not exceed the transformer's 800W capacity.
- For motor-driven appliances (e.g., blenders, power tools), it is recommended to use a transformer with a capacity at least 2-3 times the appliance's rated wattage due to high startup currents.
- The transformer may generate some heat during operation. This is normal. However, if it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and allow it to cool down.
6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your transformer:
- Cleaning: Disconnect the transformer from all power sources before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Ventilation: Regularly check that the ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris.
- Storage: Store the transformer in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord and plugs for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not use the transformer and contact customer support.
