4. Installation and Setup

4.1 Pre-Installation Checklist

4.4 Attaching Blades and Light Kit

  1. Attach the five fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Note that the blades are dual-finish, allowing you to choose between white and a distressed white wood grain.
  2. Connect and secure the LED light kit to the bottom of the fan motor housing.

5. Operating Instructions

The Ohniyou ceiling fan is controlled by the included remote control. Ensure 2 AAA batteries (not included) are installed in the remote.

  • Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the fan and light on or off.
  • Fan Speed: Use the fan speed buttons to cycle through 6 available speeds.
  • Light On/Off: Independently control the LED light.
  • Color Temperature: Cycle through 3000K (Warm White), 4500K (Neutral White), and 6000K (Cool White).
  • Dimmable Light: Adjust brightness from 10% to 100%.
  • Night Light Mode: Activates a low-brightness setting suitable for nighttime.
  • Timer Setting: Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 hours.
  • Forward/Reverse: Change the direction of blade rotation for summer (downward airflow) or winter (upward airflow) modes.
  • Natural Wind Mode: Simulates an outdoor breeze by randomly cycling through fan speeds.
  • Mute Mode: Turn off the beeping sound from the remote control.

5.2 Light Memory Function

The fan's light has a memory function. After adjusting the desired color temperature and brightness with the remote control, keep the light on for at least 10 seconds before turning it off. The next time you turn the light on, it will recall the last setting.

6. Maintenance
