Step 2: Assemble Motor and Light Kit
Loosen two screws on the motor assembly and rotate to remove the mounting plate. Insert the motor wires into the decorative cover. Secure the decorative cover using screws Ref.# 16 (outer holes) and Ref.# 17 (inner holes). Turn over the entire motor assembly and remove the rubber stoppers. Install the 5 fan blades to the motor. Connect the light board to the motor and snap it into place, then turn clockwise to secure.
Step 3: Ceiling Installation
Install the mounting plate securely to your ceiling. Ensure it is firmly attached to a ceiling joist or a suitable electrical box designed for fan support. Connect the power wire from the ceiling to the receiver. Then, connect the motor wire and LED wire from the fan to the receiver. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ceiling fan.
- Cleaning: Dust the fan blades and motor housing regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- Tighten Screws: Periodically check all screws on the fan blades, motor housing, and mounting bracket to ensure they are tight. Loose screws can cause wobbling and noise.
- Lubrication: The DC motor is permanently lubricated and does not require additional oiling.
- Light Kit: If the LED light needs replacement, contact customer support for assistance. Do not attempt to replace the LED module yourself.
