The Quick Connect system allows for a reliable and swift link-up of frame components. Simply push and secure with locking screws.
4.3 Panel Installation
When installing the 4mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels, ensure the white side faces inwards and the clear side faces outwards. This orientation is crucial for optimal light transmission (70%) and blocking over 99.9% of harmful UV rays.

If panels are difficult to insert into the grooves, gently tap the edges with a rubber hammer to thin them slightly, ensuring a snug fit. Push all panels firmly into the bottom groove to secure them.
4.4 Door and Window Installation
This video demonstrates the assembly and installation of both the doors and the adjustable window vents. Follow the steps carefully to ensure proper functionality and sealing.

4.5 Anchoring the Greenhouse
For exceptional stability, you have two options for securing the base:
- Burying the Base Feet: Dig a trench and bury the base feet in soil or concrete.
- Screwing to a Board: Use the provided matching screws to secure the base to a wooden board or deck.
Both methods enhance resistance to snow and wind, ensuring your greenhouse remains stable.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Door Operation
The greenhouse features a swing door for easy entry and exit. To open, disengage the snap-on door handle. To close, simply swing the door shut and engage the handle to secure it.
5.2 Window Vent Operation
The roof window vents can be adjusted to 5 different angles. Open the vents to allow fresh air circulation and regulate temperature, especially during warmer periods. Close them to retain heat or protect plants from adverse weather.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning Panels: Periodically clean the polycarbonate panels with mild soap and water to ensure maximum light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools that could scratch the surface.
- Gutter System: The built-in rain gutters on both sides effectively drain rain and snow. Regularly clear any debris from the gutters to prevent blockages.
- Frame Inspection: Annually inspect the aluminum frame for any signs of corrosion or loose fasteners. Tighten any loose screws and address any damage to maintain structural integrity.
- Snow Load: While designed to support snow loads up to 20PSF, it is advisable to gently remove excessive snow accumulation from the roof during heavy snowfall to prevent undue stress on the structure.
7. Troubleshooting
- Panels not fitting: Ensure the correct panel size is being used for the section. If slightly tight, gently tap the edge with a rubber hammer to thin it before inserting into the groove.
- Loose connections: Double-check all screws and nuts to ensure they are tightened securely. Refer to the assembly video for specific connection points.
- Door/Window not closing properly: Inspect hinges and handles for proper alignment. Ensure no debris is obstructing the closing mechanism.
- Water leakage: Verify that all panels are fully seated in their grooves and that the sealing strips (if applicable) are correctly installed. Check the rain gutter system for blockages.
