1. Introduction

The KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag is a smart Bluetooth item finder designed to help you locate your valuables quickly and efficiently. Compatible exclusively with Apple's "Find My" app on iOS devices, this tracker provides peace of mind by allowing you to track items such as luggage, keys, wallets, bags, and even pets. Its compact design and robust features make it an ideal solution for preventing loss and quickly recovering misplaced belongings.

3. Setup and Pairing

Follow these steps to set up your KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag and pair it with your iOS device using the Apple "Find My" app.

Powering On/Off:

• Power On: Quick press the button on the tracker. Music A will play 1 second later for 0.5 seconds.
• Power On State: Quick double press the button. A single beep will sound.
• Power Off: Long press the button for 3 seconds. Two high-pitched beeps will sound after 2 seconds.

Please ensure the tracker is in the powered-on state for use and pairing.

Pairing with Apple Find My App:

1. On your iOS device, turn on Bluetooth and Location Services in "Privacy & Security" settings.
2. Open the "Find My" app.
3. Navigate to the "Items" tab on the navigation bar.
4. Tap "Add New Item" and then select "Other Supported Item".
5. The app will begin searching for nearby items. Ensure your KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag is powered on.
6. Once "BT001" appears, tap "Connect".
7. Enter a name for your item (e.g., "Keys", "Luggage") and optionally assign an emoji for easy identification.
8. Tap "Continue" and then "Finish" to complete the pairing process.

4. Operating Your KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag

Finding Nearby Items:

When your KINDEEP tracker is within Bluetooth range (up to 200ft/60m), you can use the "Find My" app to locate it. Simply select the item in the app and tap "Play Sound". The tracker will emit a loud beep (80-100 dB) to help you pinpoint its exact location, even if it's hidden under cushions or in another room. You can also ask Siri for assistance.

Finding Far Away Items (Map Navigation):

If your KINDEEP tracker is out of Bluetooth range, the "Find My" app will display its last known location on a map. You can use the map navigation feature within the app to guide you to the general area where the item was last detected. Once you are within Bluetooth range, you can then use the "Play Sound" feature to find the exact location.

Left-Behind Remind:

To avoid leaving your valuables behind, enable the "Left-Behind Remind" feature in the "Find My" app. If your item with the tracker is disconnected from your iOS device's Bluetooth, you will instantly receive a notification on your phone, alerting you that the item has been left behind.

Lost Mode:

If an item is truly lost, you can activate "Lost Mode" in the "Find My" app. This allows other Apple devices in the Find My network to detect your tracker and securely relay its location to you. You can also preset your contact information (e.g., phone number or email) so that if someone finds your item, they can view your contact details by tapping their NFC-enabled iPhone or Android phone to the tracker.

5. Maintenance

Battery Replacement:

The KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery, which can last up to a year. When the battery is low, the "Find My" app will notify you. To replace the battery:

1. Locate the small groove on the side of the tracker.
2. Use a thin tool (like a small flathead screwdriver or the provided tool, if any) to gently pry open the tracker casing.
3. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
4. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
5. Carefully snap the casing back together until it is securely closed.

Water Resistance:

The KINDEEP Air Tracker Tag has an IP67 water-resistant rating, meaning it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes). While it offers good protection against water, it is not recommended for prolonged submersion or use during swimming or diving.

6. Troubleshooting

• Tracker not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled on your iOS device. Make sure the tracker is powered on. Try restarting your iOS device and the tracker. If the issue persists, the battery might be low or dead; try replacing it.
• No sound from tracker: Check if the tracker's battery is low. Ensure your iOS device's volume is up and the "Play Sound" function is activated in the "Find My" app.
• Inaccurate location: Ensure your iOS device has a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data) and GPS is active. Location accuracy can vary based on environmental factors and network availability.
• Left-Behind Remind not working: Verify that notifications are enabled for the "Find My" app in your iOS device settings. Ensure the feature is activated for the specific item in the app.
• Difficulty opening battery compartment: Use a thin, sturdy tool to gently pry open the casing. Avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
• Compatibility: Remember, this product is compatible with iOS devices only and does not support Android.
