5.1. Basic Mixing
- Gain Adjustment: Use the GAIN knob for each channel to set the input level. Adjust until the PEAK LED flashes only occasionally.
- Equalization (EQ): Each channel features a 3-band EQ (HIGH, MID, LOW) to shape the tone of the input signal. Adjust these knobs to achieve the desired sound.

Figure 5.1: Illustration of the three-band equalization section for individual channels. This image demonstrates how to adjust high, mid, and low frequencies for optimal sound shaping.
- Auxiliary (AUX) Send: The AUX knob sends a portion of the channel signal to the AUX output, typically for monitor mixes or external effects.
- Effects (FX) Send: The FX knob sends a portion of the channel signal to the internal DSP effects processor.
- Pan Control: The PAN knob adjusts the stereo position of the channel signal (left to right).
- Channel Fader: Use the channel fader to control the overall volume of each input in the main mix.
- Mute Function: Press the MUTE button to silence a channel. The LED indicator will illuminate when muted.
