Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your MiLi MiCard. The device supports wireless charging. Place the MiCard on any compatible wireless charging pad. A full charge typically takes about 1 hour and can provide power for 4-6 months of use. The overall battery life is up to 5 years.

2. Pairing with Apple Find My (iOS Only)

The MiLi MiCard is MFi Certified and designed exclusively for iOS devices. Follow these steps to pair it with your Apple Find My app:

2. Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
3. Navigate to the Items tab.
4. Tap the + icon and select Add Other Item.

Operating Instructions

1. Locating Your Item

• Play Sound: If your MiCard is within Bluetooth range, open the Find My app, go to the Items tab, select your MiCard, and tap "Play Sound" to make it emit an audible alert (70-85dB).
• Precision Finding: For supported iPhone models, use Precision Finding to get exact directions to your MiCard when it's nearby.
• Left-Behind Alerts: Enable notifications in the Find My app to receive an alert on your iOS device if you leave your MiCard behind and it goes out of Bluetooth range. This helps prevent accidental loss.

2. Lost Mode (NFC Function)

If your MiCard is lost and found by someone, they can tap their NFC-enabled smartphone (both iOS and Android) to the MiCard. This will display a message with your contact information (if you have set it up in Lost Mode within the Find My app), allowing them to return your item.

Maintenance

1. Charging

Recharge your MiCard wirelessly when the battery level is low. The Find My app will show the battery status of your MiCard. Regular charging ensures continuous tracking functionality. While the battery is designed for a 5-year lifespan, individual charge cycles last 4-6 months depending on usage.

2. Cleaning

Wipe the MiCard with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays that may damage the device's surface or internal components.

3. Water Resistance

The MiCard has an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction. It is not designed for submersion. Ensure the device is dry before charging.

Troubleshooting

• Device not connecting to Find My: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iOS device. Make sure the MiCard is charged. Try restarting your iOS device and the MiCard (if applicable, by pressing the power button if it has one, or allowing it to fully discharge and recharge).
• Sound not playing: Check the volume settings on your iOS device. Ensure the MiCard is within Bluetooth range.
