4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning Your Watch
To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For the translucent PU strap, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
4.2 Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a Lithium Polymer battery. When the digital display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by an authorized service center to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
4.3 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid exposing the watch to strong magnetic fields.
5. Troubleshooting
- Digital Display is Blank or Dim: The battery may be low. Consider battery replacement.
- Analog Hands Not Moving: Check if the crown is pushed in completely. If it is, the battery might be depleted, or there could be a mechanical issue.
- Time is Inaccurate: Re-set both analog and digital times as per instructions in Section 3. If the issue persists, the watch may require servicing.
- Buttons Not Responding: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, though not specified for this model). If wet, dry the watch thoroughly before attempting to use buttons.
