Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- No Power: Ensure all power cables (24-pin ATX, CPU, GPU, etc.) are securely connected to the motherboard and components. Verify the power supply switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Flickering RGB/No RGB: Check the ARGB connections to the hub and motherboard. Ensure the LED button is not stuck. If using software control, verify the software is installed and configured correctly, and that the LED button has relinquished control (hold for 3 seconds).
- GPU Sag: Utilize the adjustable GPU support stand provided with the case. Adjust its height until it firmly supports the GPU, preventing any visible sag.
- Poor Airflow/High Temperatures: Ensure all fans are spinning correctly and are oriented for optimal airflow (intake/exhaust). Clean dust filters regularly. Verify no cables are obstructing airflow paths.
