Setup Instructions

The LiteUp lamp offers two primary setup options: desktop use with the included stand or wall mounting.

Option 1: Desktop/Tabletop Setup

  1. Unpack the LiteUp lamp and its detachable stand components.
  2. Attach the legs to the base of the lamp. Ensure they are securely fastened to provide a stable foundation.
  3. Place the lamp on a flat, stable surface at a comfortable distance for therapy (typically 10-14 inches from your face).
  4. Plug the 12-foot grounded power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Option 2: Wall Mounting

The LiteUp lamp can be mounted on a wall for optimal positioning and space-saving. Mounting hardware is not included and must be sourced separately, appropriate for your wall type.

  1. Identify a suitable location on a wall, ensuring it is near a power outlet and at an appropriate height for use.
  2. Using the wall mount bracket as a template, mark the drilling points on the wall.
  3. Drill pilot holes and install appropriate wall anchors if necessary.
  4. Securely attach the wall mount bracket to the wall using screws.
  5. Carefully attach the LiteUp lamp to the mounted bracket. Ensure it is stable and secure before releasing.
  6. Plug the 12-foot grounded power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Using Your LiteUp Lamp

  1. Power On: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the right side of the front panel of the lamp. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position. The lamp will illuminate.
  2. Positioning: Position yourself approximately 10-14 inches from the lamp. The light should be directed towards your eyes, but you do not need to stare directly into it. You can engage in other activities such as reading, working, or eating while using the lamp.
  3. Session Duration: A typical light therapy session is 20-30 minutes, preferably in the morning. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations regarding session duration and timing.
  4. Power Off: When your session is complete, flip the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.

Maintenance
