Setup

1. Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. Place the headphones into the charging case. Connect the charging cable to the case and a power source. The charging indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.

• Carrying Case Charging Time: Approximately 2 hours
• Total Playtime with Case: Up to 36 hours
• Headphone Playtime per Charge: Up to 8 hours

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are charged and inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode, and an indicator light on the headphones will flash.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "SANSUI W92" from the list.
5. Once connected, the indicator light on the headphones will stop flashing, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

Note: The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Touch Controls

The SANSUI W92 headphones feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud. The specific functions may vary slightly depending on your device and application.

Wearing the Headphones

Gently place the ear hook over your ear, positioning the earbud speaker towards your ear canal. Adjust the ear hook for a comfortable and secure fit. The open-ear design allows for ambient sound awareness.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the headphones in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Water Resistance: The headphones are water resistant. Avoid submerging them in water or exposing them to excessive moisture for prolonged periods. Dry them thoroughly if they get wet before placing them back in the charging case.

Troubleshooting

Headphones not pairing or connecting:

• Ensure the headphones are charged.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Place the headphones back in the case, close it, and then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
• Forget "SANSUI W92" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• Ensure the headphones are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range of your device.

No sound or low volume:

• Check the volume level on both your headphones (via touch controls) and your connected device.
• Ensure the headphones are properly connected to your device.
• Try playing audio from a different application or source.

Charging case not charging:

• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
• Ensure the power source is active.
