1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your ODIKA Sleeper Sofa Additional Chaise. 2. Important Safety Information

WARNING:

• Assembly requires two people.
• Do not use the hidden storage feature while the chaise is in the reclining position to prevent tip-overs.
• Always follow the weight capacity guidelines provided with your existing sofa.
• This product is an additional chaise only and does not include armrests. It is not intended for standalone use.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the additional chaise is required. It is recommended to have two people for this process. Refer to the included assembly instructions for detailed steps. The general process involves:

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Attach the legs to the base of the chaise unit.
3. Connect the chaise unit to your existing L-shaped or U-shaped sofa using the provided connectors. Ensure a secure fit.
4. Place the seat and back cushions onto the chaise frame.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Hidden Chaise Storage

The chaise features a hidden storage compartment. To access, lift the seat cushion from the front using the integrated fabric handle. The assisted lift mechanism will help hold the cushion open. Ensure the chaise is not in a reclining position when accessing storage to prevent tip-overs.

5.2 Sofa to Bed Conversion (Main Sofa Unit)

While this product is an additional chaise, it complements the main ODIKA Sleeper Sofa which features a sofa-to-bed conversion. The chaise integrates seamlessly to expand your seating and sleeping area.

5.3 Armrest Charging Ports & Storage Pockets (Main Sofa Unit)

The main ODIKA Sleeper Sofa units may feature built-in USB-A and Type-C charging ports and storage pockets on the armrests. This additional chaise does not include armrests or these features, but it is designed to integrate with sofa units that do.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Removable and Washable Covers

The linen covers on the chaise cushions are removable and machine washable for easy maintenance. This feature ensures your furniture remains fresh and clean.

• To remove: Unzip the covers and carefully slide them off the foam inserts.
• Washing instructions: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry.
• To reattach: Carefully place the covers back onto the foam inserts and zip them up.

6.2 General Cleaning

For general cleaning of the chaise frame, wipe clean with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
