Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The indicator light on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off.
A full charge provides up to 8 hours of playback for the earbuds, with the charging case extending total playtime to 32 hours.

2. Pairing with Your Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator lights will flash).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "DunRock Pop" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
3. Installing the DunRock App

4. Choosing the Right Ear Tips
Select the ear tips that provide the best seal and comfort for your ears. A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and effective noise cancellation.
- Try different sizes (S, M, L) to find the most comfortable and secure fit.
- Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to ensure a snug seal.

Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

ANC and Transparency Modes

- Normal Mode: No active noise cancellation or transparency.
Making Calls

Maintenance
Cleaning

Troubleshooting
No Sound or Intermittent Connection
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are connected.

Earbuds Not Charging
