4.2 Anti-Theft Alarm and Mute Mode

The safe is equipped with an intelligent alarm system and a mute function.

  • Alarm Activation: If an incorrect passcode is entered three times consecutively, the alarm system will activate, emitting an audible alert.
  • Mute Mode: To enable or disable mute mode (silencing keypad beeps and the alarm), press and hold the "*" key, then press the "8" key. The safe will confirm the change with a short beep or by indicating the mode change.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Replacement

Replace batteries promptly when the low battery indicator appears or if the keypad becomes unresponsive. Always use 4 new AA alkaline batteries.

5.2 Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or keypad.

5.3 Key Storage

Always store emergency backup keys in a secure location outside the safe. This ensures access in case of battery failure or forgotten passcode.

5.4 Removable Shelf

The internal shelf can be removed to accommodate larger items. Simply lift and slide it out of its supports. Reinsert by aligning it with the supports and lowering it into place.
