Operating the Watch
Indiglo Night-Light
Your Timex Weekender watch features the Indiglo night-light function for illumination in low-light conditions. To activate, simply press and hold the crown. The entire dial will illuminate. Release the crown to turn off the light.
Water Resistance
This watch has a water resistance rating of 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, showering, and general water exposure. It is not suitable for diving or prolonged underwater activities.
- Do not operate the crown while the watch is wet or submerged.
- Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can compromise the water resistance seals.

Maintenance
Cleaning Your Watch
To maintain the appearance of your watch:
- Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, damp cloth.
- For the nylon strap, it can be gently hand-washed with mild soap and water, then air-dried. Ensure the strap is completely dry before reattaching to the watch or wearing.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish.
Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a Lithium Metal battery. When the watch stops running, it indicates the battery needs replacement. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
