2. Package Contents

3. Assembly Instructions

The DBEIXIWEI Tool Storage Rack is designed for easy self-assembly. Follow these steps carefully to ensure proper construction.

1. Prepare the Base: Place the large rectangular base plate on a flat, stable surface. This will be the foundation of your storage rack.
2. Attach Long Support Pillars: Identify the four long support pillars. Secure them to the four corner holes on the base plate using four of the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly tightened but do not overtighten.
3. Install the First Upper Shelf: Take one of the upper shelf plates (the ones with many circular holes). Align its corner holes with the top of the four long support pillars. Secure it in place using four more screws. This forms the lower tier of the main tool storage area.
4. Install the Second Upper Shelf: Take the remaining upper shelf plate. Align its corner holes with the top of the four long support pillars, directly above the first upper shelf. Secure it in place using the final four screws for this section. This completes the main two-tiered tool storage area.
5. Assemble the Side Organizer: Identify the side organizer plate and the eight short support pillars. Attach four short support pillars to the four corner holes of the side organizer plate.
6. Attach Side Organizer to Base: Secure the assembled side organizer to the designated area on the base plate using the remaining four short support pillars. These pillars will connect the side organizer plate to the base, forming a separate compartment for larger tools or items.

Once all components are securely fastened, gently test the stability of the rack. It should be firm and stable.
