1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your MXZ Gaming PC Computer R5 3600, RTX 2060. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your new computer to ensure proper functionality and longevity.

2. Setup
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the computer from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Retain all packaging materials for future transport or warranty claims.
2.2 Connecting Peripherals
Before powering on your computer, connect all necessary peripherals:
- Monitor: Connect your monitor to the graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060) ports located at the lower rear of the PC. Use DisplayPort or HDMI cables for optimal display quality.
- Keyboard and Mouse: Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports on the rear I/O panel or the front panel.
- Network: For wired internet, connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the rear I/O panel. For wireless internet, the PC includes PCI-E WIFI (802.11ac).
- Power: Connect the power cable to the power supply unit (PSU) at the bottom rear of the PC, then plug the other end into a grounded electrical outlet.

2.3 First Boot-Up
After connecting all peripherals, press the power button located on the top panel of the PC. The system is pre-installed with Windows 11 Pro and is ready for initial setup. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows setup process, including user account creation and network configuration.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button on the top panel.
- Power Off: Use the Windows Start Menu to select 'Shut down' or 'Restart'. For a forced shutdown, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds.
3.2 RGB Fan Control
Your MXZ Gaming PC features 6 RGB fans for enhanced cooling and aesthetics. A dedicated LED control button is located on the top panel, allowing you to cycle through various lighting modes and colors. Refer to the motherboard manual for advanced RGB software control options, if applicable.

3.3 Gaming and Performance

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
- Exterior: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Interior: Periodically clean dust from internal components, especially fans and heatsinks, using compressed air. Ensure the PC is powered off and unplugged before opening the side panel.
4.2 Software Updates
Regularly update your operating system (Windows 11 Pro), graphics drivers (NVIDIA), and other software to ensure system stability, security, and optimal performance.
4.3 Airflow
Ensure the PC has adequate ventilation. Do not block the air intake or exhaust vents. The 6 RGB fans are designed to provide efficient cooling; maintaining clear airflow is crucial for component longevity.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MXZ Gaming PC, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the PC and the wall outlet. Verify the power switch on the PSU (if present) is in the 'On' position.
- No Display: Check that the monitor cable is securely connected to the graphics card ports (not the motherboard ports). Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
- System Freezes/Crashes: Ensure all drivers are up-to-date. Monitor system temperatures to prevent overheating. Reduce demanding workloads if necessary.
- Slow Performance: Check for background applications consuming resources. Ensure sufficient free space on the NVME SSD. Run a malware scan.
- RGB Fans Not Lighting Up: Verify the LED control button on the top panel is pressed. Check internal cable connections for the RGB controller.
