Setup Guide
1. Unpacking and Initial Placement
Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging. Place the unit upright on a stable, level surface. It is crucial to allow the unit to stand for at least 24 hours before plugging it into a power outlet. This allows the refrigerant to settle, preventing potential damage and ensuring proper function.
2. Installing Casters
The dehumidifier is equipped with 4 removable casters to facilitate easy movement. Locate these casters inside the water tank. Remove the rubber anti-slip plugs from the four designated holes on the bottom of the unit. Firmly insert each caster into these holes until they are securely in place.

Operating Your Dehumidifier
Control Panel Overview
The touch-sensitive control panel is conveniently located on the top of the unit. It features a digital display and several buttons for various functions, allowing for intuitive operation.

Image: Close-up of the dehumidifier's control panel, highlighting the digital display and function buttons.
- Power Button: Press to turn the unit On or Off.
- Speed Button: Adjusts the fan speed between low ("LO") and high ("HI").
- Humidity Setting Button: Press to set your desired relative humidity (RH) level, ranging from 30% to 90% in 5% increments.
- Timer Button: Activates and sets the 24-hour automatic timer for scheduled operation.
- Digital Display: Shows the current indoor humidity levels and timer settings.
- Indicator Lights: Separate lights indicate Defrost mode, Full Water Tank, and Timer activation, as well as Low/High operation.
Setting Desired Humidity
Press the "HUMIDITY SETTING" button repeatedly to cycle through desired relative humidity (RH) levels from 30% to 90% in 5% increments. Once the desired level is set, the unit will automatically operate to reach and maintain this humidity. It will stop when the set humidity is reached and restart when the actual humidity rises 3% above the set level.
Fan Speed Adjustment
Press the "SPEED" button to toggle between low ("LO") and high ("HI") fan speeds. The low speed offers quieter operation, while the high speed provides faster dehumidification.
24-Hour Timer
Use the "TIMER" button to set an automatic shut-off time for the unit, from 1 to 24 hours. This feature allows you to schedule operation according to your needs.
Comfort Mode (CO)
The unit features a Comfort Mode (CO) which automatically adjusts the humidity setting based on the ambient temperature for optimal comfort. For example, if the room temperature is above 80°F, it will target 55% RH; if it's between 68°F and 80°F, it will target 50% RH.
Automatic Defrost
If the ambient temperature drops too low, the unit will automatically initiate a defrost cycle to prevent ice buildup on the coils. The "Defrost" indicator light on the control panel will illuminate during this process, and the unit will resume normal operation once defrosting is complete.
Full Tank Indicator
When the 0.52-gallon (2 L) water tank reaches its maximum capacity, the unit will automatically shut off, illuminate the "Full" indicator light, and sound an alarm (three beeps) to alert you that the tank needs to be emptied.
Water Drainage
Your dehumidifier offers two convenient drainage methods:
1. Manual Drainage (Water Tank)
When the water tank is full and the indicator light is on, carefully remove the tank from the unit by pulling it out. Empty the collected water into a sink or drain. Reinsert the empty tank securely into the unit until it clicks into place. The unit will then resume operation.

2. Continuous Drainage (Drain Hose)
For uninterrupted operation without the need to manually empty the tank, you can utilize the continuous drainage option. Attach the included 39.4-inch (1 meter) drain hose to the drainage outlet located at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity to drain the water continuously into a suitable floor drain or sink. Make sure there are no kinks in the hose to prevent water backup.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Air Filter
The dehumidifier features a washable air filter designed to capture dust and airborne particles. Regular cleaning of the filter is essential for maintaining optimal performance and air quality. Inspect and clean the filter every 1-2 weeks, or more frequently if the unit is used in a dusty environment.
- Turn off the unit and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Remove the water tank from the unit.
- Gently pull out the air filter from its slot, located behind the water tank.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
- Rinse the filter thoroughly under running water to remove all soap residue.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
- Reinsert the dry filter into its slot and replace the water tank securely.

Troubleshooting Guide
If your dehumidifier is not operating correctly, please refer to the following common issues and solutions before contacting customer support.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on | No power to the unit; Power cord not fully plugged in; Water tank full or not properly seated. | Check the power connection and ensure the outlet is functional; Empty and securely re-seat the water tank. |
| No water collected | Ambient humidity is too low; Room temperature is too low; Air filter is clogged; Unit is not placed with proper clearance. | Verify that the actual humidity levels are above your set point; Ensure the room temperature is within the operating range (41°F-95°F); Clean the air filter; Ensure proper clearance from walls (at least 18 inches). |
| Unit is noisy | Unit is not on a level surface; Air filter is clogged; Internal component issue. | Place the unit on a stable, level surface; Clean the air filter; If unusual noise persists, contact customer support. |
| E2 Error Code displayed | Specific internal error (details not provided in product information). | Turn off the unit, unplug it from the power outlet, wait for 5 minutes, and then plug it back in and restart. If the E2 error persists, contact customer support. |

Important Operating Notes
- The humidity sensor is positioned above the air inlet. During operation, the airflow in this area is stronger, which may cause the humidity reading at this location to be slightly higher than the overall surrounding environment.
- When the actual humidity drops to 3% lower than the set humidity, the compressor will automatically shut down, while the fan continues to run. The compressor will restart once the actual humidity rises to 3% above the set level. This intelligent control helps maintain consistent humidity and energy efficiency.
- For optimal performance, ensure the unit is placed in an area with good air circulation and away from any obstructions that might impede airflow.
